I am an inherently curious, motivated, quick learner and an inclusive team player who is passionate about using her skills for social good. My sense of commitment and strong work ethics help me transform ideas into solutions. I have 3+ years of software engineering and ML experience at Salesforce in developing scalable and intelligent software solutions on the cloud. I am also the youngest Google Venkat Panchapakesan scholar, a prestigious scholarship given to few individuals.
Currently, I am a Software Engineering Member of Technical Staff at Salesforce Headquarters in San Francisco, developing intelligent core software to migrate orgs at scale across cloud infrastructures for enhanced capabilities, capacity management, service protection & reducing cost to serve.
During my undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Engineering from IIIT Delhi, I undertook various impactful, interdisciplinary independent research projects with four international, peer-reviewed publications with 45 citations for my first-authored research papers - Google Scholar Profile
Other than coding and research, I am highly motivated to create a change through education. I am currently a core member of Women Who Code Global Development Committee, where I contribute to impacting the lives of 343k women in tech globally. I am also the Director for Women Who Code San Francisco, where I lead a chapter of 20k women in tech. Previously, I was leading the Hyderabad Chapter of Women Who Code Hyderabad and pivoted several programs like upskilling women to return back to work after a break. I was also the co-Chapter Head of the Delhi chapter of Women in Machine Learning & Data Science, a global organisation supporting & promoting gender minorities in ML and DS. Via all these communities and many others, I have organised and conducted several tech-talks, workshops, hackathons, sessions; spanning across students, postdoctoral researchers and professionals wanting to transition into ML roles.
I was also the President of Byld, the Software Development club of IIIT Delhi, wherein I have been conducting regular hack-eves, hackathons, mentorship programs since the past 3 years. I was the lead organiser for HackIIITD, one of the most diverse hackathons in India, wherein we received 2000+ applications including international teams & all-women teams, personally supervising the publicity team, sponsorship team, public-relation team and the hospitality team.

Google acknowledged my work and awarded me as the youngest recipient of the Google Venkat Panchapakesan Memorial Scholarship in 2017, given to 6 Indian students, who are recognised as upcoming computer scientists & technology leaders, who have overcome adversity to continue learning and have leveraged computer science to transform systems. As a part of the scholarship, I was invited to Google HQ, Mountain View, which gave me the opportunity to meet some of the top technologists and get an insight into what sets apart a leader. I was one of the few people accepted globally for Google Summer of Code in 2018(Read more about my work here & successfully cleared all three phases of evaluation. I am a Google Code-In mentor(2019), guiding pre-university students in open source. I am also a recipient of the Facebook F8 Scholarship, under which I was invited to attend the annual Facebook F8 Conference held in San Jose, California.
I've received multiple Dean’s Awards for Academic Excellence, for Outstanding Technical Performance and for Innovation, Research & Development from 2016-2019 at IIITD.
In the past, I was also awarded with Principal's Gold Medal, the highest award for Academic Excellence at DPS RK Puram, for exemplary Academic Results throughout schooling.
